How to make a complaint (only for retailers and distributors who have purchased directly from us)

Terms and conditions for resolving any new complaints of damaged games during transport:

  • Reach us at: and provide following documents and pictures:
    1. We need a scan of a document stating that the shipment arrived damaged.
    2. Provide a picture of a whole pallet with the damage.
    3. Provide a picture of the damaged games (ex. 3 damaged Codenames = one picture with 3 Codenames where the damage is obvious).
  • We will evaluate the damage and issue a credit note for you:
    1. We do not accept complaints when only the game foil is damaged a bit.
    2. If there is only a box damaged and the game itself is still ok, you receive 50% discount.
    3. If the game is damaged a lot, you receive 80% discount.

!Please note! If your complaints and damages exceed €200 per month, we will ask you to arrange the shipping via your forwarder as we might not be able to provide a good service to you by our forwarder.
