You are responsible for fees for currency exchange and money transfer. Please set "OUR" fee type at your bank.

 

Shipping

Orders (POs) will be processed and prepared to be dispatched within 2-3 business days after the final confirmation of your PO.
We place an order to our warehouse twice a week:

  1. on Monday - your PO will be ready to be picked up on Thursday,
  2. on Wednesday - your PO will be ready to be picked up on Monday following week.
  • Pick up yourself
    If you arrange the pick up via your forwarder, you receive a pick up reference (5 digit number). You will not be given the shipment from our warehouse, unless you provide this pick up reference.

    We will send you confirmed delivery note and invoice after the shipment leaves our warehouse - usually the same day, or the next day. If you do not receive them from us within a week, please double check it with us: iva@czechgames.com.

    Incoterm: EXW.

    Please provide your delivery address, contact details (name, phone, number) and opening times.
    In case, we do not receive any special requirements regarding the delivery and there will be second delivery needed (for any reason), we will charge you the second delivery fee.
