Meet our two new US colleagues—a new in-house streamer and events manager
We're proud to share, that we've recently welcomed two new wonderful people to CGE's North American team—please, meet Megan, our new in-house streamer, and Jaffer, our new events manager!
Megan will start streaming after SPIEL (but will already be active in our Twitch chat during our live streams from SPIEL), and you will be able to spot Jaffer in the near future at SPIEL, BGG.CON, and PAX Unplugged.
Megan Sydnor (Twitch streamer)
You may have seen Megan on a stream or two already as well as on her own show Board Game House where she streams with her husband Derek and fellow CGE employee Stephen. With 5 years of streaming under her belt, she is no stranger to Twitch and is looking forward to putting out more content for CGE.
Megan is beyond excited to be joining the CGE team. In her spare time you can find her performing in musicals and murder mysteries as well as teaching yoga and bungee fitness. Her favorite CGE game is Lost Ruins of Arnak.
Jaffer Batica (Events manager)
Jaffer is a veteran of the hobby gaming industry, having spent several years with Fantasy Flight Games, Asmodee North America, and Strange Stars. His specialty is Events, and his favorite thing about gaming is the way it creates new worlds and relationships for the duration of a game, and then creates conversations and friendships afterwards.
