For anyone who is interested in trying out our upcoming 2024 releases, both SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Little Alchemists will be available to demo at BGG Spring, UK Games Expo, Origins, and Gen Con this year! Little Alchemists will also be making its official release debut at Gen Con, too!
We’re about to kick off the start of a busy show season, and we can’t wait to see you all soon! To make it easier for you to find us at upcoming gaming conventions and events this summer, we’ve put together a detailed breakdown on the major shows we’ll be attending. Here’s all the info on where to find us and what new games you’ll be able to check out at each show!
BGG Spring
When: May 23rd - May 27th
Where: Hyatt Regency DFW Airport - Dallas, Texas

You’ll be able to check out our hot upcoming 2024 releases, SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (launching at Essen Spiel 2024) and Little Alchemists (launching at Gen Con 2024). We’ll also have limited quantities of Kutná Hora Hora: The City of Silver for sale.
UKGE
When: May 31st - June 2nd
Where: NEC Birmingham

At this year’s UK Games Expo, we’ll be demoing both SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Little Alchemists. We’ll also have limited quantities of Kutná Hora: City of Silver, Starship Captains, and Lost Ruins of Arnak: The Missing Expedition for sale as well.
Origins
When: June 20th - June 23rd
Where: Greater Columbus Convention Center - Columbus, Ohio

At Origins we’ll be demoing SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence, Little Alchemists, and Kutná Hora Hora: The City of Silver. Additionally, we’ll have giant sized versions of Under Falling Skies and Galaxy Trucker available for play in the giant games area. Note: this is the first time you’ll get to try the fabled giant version of Under Falling Skies in the US, so definitely check that out! We’ll have a limited number of copies of select CGE games for sale, too.
Gen Con
When: August 1st - August 4th
Where: Indiana Convention Center - Indianapolis, Indiana

Did you hear? CGE will be set up in two locations at Gen Con this year! More on that in a minute.
As usual, you can find our main CGE room upstairs, where we’ll have tons of games to demo including Little Alchemists, SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence, Kutná Hora: The City of Silver, Starship Captains, Lost Ruins of Arnak, and many CGE classics! Little Alchemists will also officially be launching at Gen Con, so it’ll be the first chance you have to pick up a copy. You'll find a wide selection of almost every other game in CGE’s catalog available for sale as well.
This year we will also have a dedicated Codenames booth in the exhibit hall, where you can purchase copies of our Codenames family of games and check out the upcoming Codenames App!
Wait, there’s more! CGE is also now distributing games from our German partners HeidelBÄR Games in the US Market, and we’ll have many of their cute small box party games available to demo and purchase, including Spicy, Hungry Monkey, Fish & Katz…a GIANT version Fish & Katz, and more!
